mixed experience at this hotel
lovely staffsmall roomsmelly towels
the staff were lovely.
The room size was exceedingly small and inconvenient. i also found the bathroom cleanliness unacceptable. Black hairs were in the bathroom and, disappointingly, on the sheet. the towels smelled.

Excellent Location, GREAT value
convenient locationfriendly staffreasonable price
The hotel has Chocolat Foucher VERY close, along with Pierre Hermé, and Cedric Grolet. Garnier and Lafayette Haussmann are also a short walk away. The Opéra metro station makes it easy to get to the Eiffel Tower. The staff is friendly.
The lobby looked better than the rooms. The room furniture seemed a little worn.

fantastic location! amazing stay

i found chocolat foucher, pierre hermé, and cedric grolet within a 2 minute stroll. the louvre, monoprix and palais-royal were within a 10 minute stroll south. the staff is friendly. major metro station opéra is close.

polite staffoverpriced room
the staff seemed very polite, and they helped a lot. the location allowed for easy walking to many great places. i liked that they provided good service. i will be planning another stay soon!
the overall cleanliness of the city wasn't great, and it was noisy. our room faced the street, and a nearby pub created some noise. i think paris is overpriced for what it offers.
